America is a land of immigrants, welcoming over a million new arrivals every year. Nadiya Hussain will travel to two of the most diverse vibrant hubs in modern North America - California and Louisiana - to find out how generations of migrants are changing the national menu. Nadiya鈥檚 American Melting Pot will be a personal journey as she meets the families keeping the traditions of their homelands alive through the food - just like Nadiya鈥檚 family did when they moved to Britain.
