The global travel industry has welcomed promising vaccine developments in recent weeks. The first glimmer of hope for a sector thrown into chaos by travel bans and quarantines. But the aviation body IATA warns the loss of connectivity that flying provides, threatens $1.8 trillion dollars in economic activity, and businesses - from hotels to airlines - face a jobs catastrophe. There are now urgent calls for an internationally agreed Covid-19 testing regime to get travellers back on track. Discussing the challenges are Gloria Guevara, President of the World Travel and Tourism Council and Mexico's former Secretary of Tourism and David Evans, Chief Executive of airport and medical services group Collinson. Also on the show - how do you navigate a safe route out of the pandemic? Last year about 30 million people took to the seas on a cruise ship, it's been one of the fastest growing parts of the holiday industry. But as coronavirus halted sailings for much of the year, what kind of future does the sector face?
