We report on new Government rules to tackle car parking firms handing out unfair fines. A new, fair code of practice for operators will be written into law and is expected to come into effect early next year. It'll cap fines at Β£20 for those who make genuine mistakes when they park such as getting letters wrong on the number plate. It will also force firms to display pricing, and terms and conditions clearly. And it will set up a new arbitration service, independent of the industry. We hear from a listener who was given a Β£70 ticket for parking at a supermarket for 10 hours when he'd spent less than an hour there. We also speak to Steve Clarke of the British Parking Association and Nick Lyes of the RAC who've both been consulting with the Government on the new proposals.

It's been a tough year for the travel industry. Twenty travel companies with UK offices have collapsed and there have been thousands of redundancies. The reputation of travel companies has also plummeted. Some companies have been trying to dodge their legal responsibility to give customers their money back for cancelled trips.
With a vaccine in the offing, many people would like to book a holiday for next year. So which firms should they choose? The consumer group Which? surveyed 6,000 customers, and found that Jet 2 Holidays, Kuoni and Trailfinders were among brands that refunded their customers quickly. We speak to Derek Jones, Chief
Executive of Kuoni UK, about how his company managed to do this.

We report on the long awaited release of the new Xbox Series and the new PlayStation 5. It's been seven years since people have had a new edition console. We speak to gaming journalist, Louise Blain, who's been trying out the games.
