Rock and blues guitar wizard Joe Bonamassa picks his Rock God
Joe Bonamassa has been playing guitar professionally since he was a teenager. He's played on stage with legends such as Eric Clapton and BB King, you name it, Joe's probably done it. He never stops working - be that on his own solo projects, collaborating with the likes of Beth Hart, or touring the world. The latter is still somewhat restricted due to COVID, so Joe has a new album to release; 'Royal Tea'. Recorded here at the world famous Abbey Road Studios in London, its his 14th solo studio release. Elsewhere on the show, Johnnie takes a dive into the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Archives for 'This Week In Rock', taking a look at the first gig for one rather powerful new lead singer in the early 1980's. Johnnie's also got new releases to play from the likes of Pearl Jam and british rockers, Tigress.
