The pleasure of making music again after months of solitary playing and singing, the benefits of cold-water swimming and boosting Ulster-Scots in the north west.

Chef Paula McIntyre inspires and entertains the Kintra team with her cold-water swimming experiences. Diana Culbertson joins three of the Causeway Traditional Musicians as they return to making music together – and in her words, she’s always ready to join them for a yodel, so there’s a lovely song to enjoy too! Willie Hill has been hearing about the plans to boost interest and knowledge about all things Ulster-Scots in the Derry-Strabane Council area.

Helen Mark and Rab Lennox make up the rest of this week’s team and there’s banter and blether aplenty.
