Music legend Nile Rodgers is here curating a very special one-off edition of the show.

Celebrating the finest black music of the '70s, he鈥檚 hand-picked two hours of outstanding tracks.

Along with his collaborator and song-writing partner, the late Bernard Edwards, their group Chic created some of the coolest and most-enduring floor-fillers of all-time. Every essential party soundtrack is quite-frankly incomplete without Le Freak or Good Times in the mix, or one of those incredible feel-good tracks they gifted to Sister Sledge including We Are Family and Lost In Music.

Over the years, Nile鈥檚 worked and become personal friends with just about every key musician and performer in rock and pop.

So, what are the songs that inspired him during that remarkable '70s decade, and which ones left their indelible imprint on his own work?

Who are the unlikely stars and unsung heroes that he鈥檚 selected for the programme? Will he feature any of his own production or songwriting?
