Daoirí (pronounced "Derry") is one of the best-loved new voices and personalities on the Dublin scene.

His latest album, A Lifetime of Happiness, came out in 2019. His fans include Irish legend Dónal Lunny, who became Daoirí's producer.

Throughout the Covid-19 lockdown, Daoirí has hosted popular weekly folk sessions online. On this week's Folk Show, he talks Mark Radcliffe through some of his favourite tracks, old and new.
