Customers test and score a protein shake made from crickets, washable baby wipes and a Bluetooth app for keeping track of young children.

Three entrepreneurs come together to discover what our cast of customers think of their inventions.

Wildlife and sports enthusiast Tim combined his love of sport with his unusual foodie experiences in Africa to come up with a protein shake made from crickets. Mum of four Helen gave up her marketing job to pursue her invention. As an eczema sufferer, she struggled to find alternatives to hand and baby wipes that didn’t leave her skin sore and cracked. She has come up with a dual-cloth system that allows you to clean up messes with wipes that can be put straight into the washing machine, eliminating the waste of disposable wipes. Fear of losing sight of her daughter in the supermarket led Ami to develop a Bluetooth app that pairs with a children’s wristband and alerts the parent when their child has wandered too far.
