Three groups of friends from different primary schools make a night-time visit to the National Maritime Museum in London. With no adults around, they are free to go on their own journeys of discovery.
The museum contains artefacts from Britain’s seafaring history, from the age of Walter Raleigh to more recent times. It also has its very own ship to explore – the world-famous tea clipper Cutty Sark.
Can museums and the historical objects they contain inspire kids brought up in an age of tech. Are they still relevant in the 21st century?
