Mark Kermode and Simon Mayo review the week's essential streaming movies, including the new Hirokazu Koreeda film The Truth, J.-P. Valkeapää's drama Dogs Don't Wear Pants and Fire Will Come, a Galician-language film directed by Oliver Laxe which was screened in the Un Certain Regard section at the 2019 Cannes Film Festival where it won the Jury Prize.
