On Thursday we’ll be looking ahead to this weekend’s Oscars, the 92nd Academy Awards ceremony; the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ’s man in LA, Peter Bowes, will be chatting Grant through the likely front-runners and this year’s talking points.

Thursday is, as usual, film review day so Grant plus his expert film reviewers will be discussing three big films out this week: the foreign language Oscar contender that everyone is talking about, the South Korean film Parasite, Mr Jones, starring James Norton and Vanessa Kirby, and Margot Robbie in Birds of Prey.

Polish director, Agnieszka Holland, a three-time Oscar nominee herself, talks about her new film Mr Jones, which highlights a World War Two Ukrainian atrocity, and how it was brought to the attention of the wider world by Welsh journalist Gareth Jones.

And Irish novelist Eimear McBride discusses Strange Hotel, the follow-up to her multiple prize-winning debut, A Girl is a Half-Formed Thing.
