Gabrielle Aplin and Nina Nesbitt perform live in the Radio 2 Piano Room. Plus David Essex picks his Tracks of My Years and Ken Bruce has another round of PopMaster.

Gabrielle Aplin and Nina Nesbitt perform their new single Miss You 2 live in the Radio 2 Piano Room. Gabrielle and Nina have collaborated with this brand new version of Gabrielle's 2016 hit single, Miss You. It's taken from her new album 'Dear Happy', which also includes a duet with JP Cooper. Nina and Gabrielle are two of the UK's most distinctive women in music and the long time friends have wanted to collaborate for years. Gabrielle established herself as a teenage internet star, posting covers to YouTube, she went to number one in the UK with her cover of The Power of Love which was originally recorded by Frankie Goes To Hollywood. Nina started out in similar circumstances by uploading covers online, she has since released her own music and written for others, including The Shires, Jessie Ware and Jonas Blue.

David Essex OBE, the internationally renowned singer, composer and actor picks his Tracks of My Years with songs from The New Radicals and Cyndi Lauper. David is set to head out on an 18 date UK tour taking place in October 2020 which will see him perform much loved hits spanning over his entire career. David first shot to fame when he went to an audition for the London production of the musical Godspell and was chosen for the role of Jesus.
Since then David has enjoyed a remarkable career that has combined concerts, records, theatre, composing, films and television with striking success. He has written, recorded and produced albums that have sold millions of copies worldwide. He’s also had twenty-three Top 30 singles in Britain alone.
