It's data week on Farming Today and Rachel Lovell has been to North Farm Horton in Dorset to find out how they're using computer imaging of the fields and a sprayer which can be controlled down to the individual nozzle to reduce their reliance on chemical applications and avoid over-spraying.
The Kent cobnut is a traditional Christmas treat, as Charlotte found out when she met producer Edward Lade at Shipbourne farmers market and discovers she actually does like fresh Walnuts after all.
