When Seni Lewis was sectioned, his story made the news. Danielle meets his mother, Aji Lewis. She describes what happened to her son, and why she decided to change the law. As a result of her son’s treatment in hospital, Aji Lewis lead a seven-year campaign to find out the truth about what happened.
In this episode Danielle learns about the physical restraint that is sometimes used during a detention under the mental health act. Restraint is used in order to ensure a vulnerable individual's safety, and ensure the safety of those around them. But can it ever be dangerous?
