A David and Goliath story

The man who took an airline to the Small Claims Court and for the listener seeking clarity, we find out exactly you get for that European Health Insurance card.

A Small Claims success story - most of us just moan to anyone who will listen and then give up. Not Declan. Flybe staff said his carryon luggage complied on the way out, but not on the way back, and charged him Β£50 but Declan stuck to his guns, and took Flybe all the way to the Small Claims Court.

Remember Bertie from Lisburn and his discovery that his pharmacy is now charging to deliver his prescriptions? Bertie doesn't qualify for any special consideration and we will hear from Andrea Begley of the RNIB what help there is for blind and partially sighted people. Why you still need a TV licence to watch television on a smart phone or tablet - and not a lot of students know that. And what does your European Health Insurance card entitle you to in Europe - for now at least.
