The best folk and acoustic music from Britain and beyond.

This week, singer Jim Moray performs songs from his new album, The Outlander.

The record, Jim's seventh solo collection, was inspired by the purchase of a 1949 Epiphone Triumph archtop guitar from a Liverpool taxi driver.

Jim is one of his generation's stand-out voices in British folk. Besides his solo work, he's also a key member of folk-rock band False Lights.
