On the Isle of Mull, an accident has left a man seriously injured and triggers a response from the air ambulance. They need to get him to hospital in Glasgow as soon as possible.

This episode follows crews from Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance in Perth, divisional ambulance crews in Paisley, Aberdeen and Edinburgh as they respond to high-pressure 999 calls, 24 hours a day.
On the Isle of Mull, an accident has left a man seriously injured and triggers a response from the air ambulance. They need to get him to hospital in Glasgow as quickly as possible.
In Paisley, a young cyclist has his bike ride cut short by a mishap with his chain that has left him with a serious gash in his leg. He is full of bravado, but ambulance crew Gary and Pete insist on patching him up before taking him hospital.
Also, in Paisley, an elderly lady with breathing problems needs to be treated and carefully transferred to hospital.
In Edinburgh, a tourist also has breathing problems and needs emergency treatment in his hotel. Elsewhere, a female patient is suffering from what could either be extreme indigestion or a heart attack. And a teenager with a brain tumour needs treatment and an emergency transfer to hospital.
And in Aberdeen, ambulance crew Ewan and Alan treat a man for suspected gallstones.
