Boris Johnson will present fresh legal texts to the EU later today. But in his first speech to his party conference as Prime Minister, Mr Johnson is expected to tell his Conservative grassroots supporters that the Brexit proposals will be his final offer. Last night he told a DUP reception that a Brexit deal can be done within days but that it won't be, what he called, a walk in the park.
