For Farming Today's week on GM crops Anna Hill has been to the John Innes Centre in Norwich which is trialing wheat which has been modified to produce white flour with a higher iron content. Their aim is to improve public health.

Loveday Trinick from the Ocean Conservation Trust tells Charlotte why a food festival in Plymouth was right to eat a Blue Shark which was landed as bycatch but in the main it would be better to eat something else.

David Gregory-Kumar's been finding out how a company may soon be producing home-grown baked beans.
