Cancelled Holidays and Mistaken Identity
Mistaken identity and the police ombusdman, the cancelled holiday that wasn't cancelled and a new scheme for workers who can't stretch their wages to last the month.
Who do you call when the police keep calling at your door in the early hours? A listener rang On Your Behalf when the police ombudsman didn't sort it.
The cancelled holiday, because of a serious cancer diagnosis - but it wasn't cancelled by the tour operator and money has been taken out of the account. What are your rights? New shoes but without the box - can they be returned? And the new scheme for workers who can't stretch their wages to last the month. We are joined by Patricia Doonan from Belfast Consumer Advice.
