Dave Maclean is a former music promotor and the writer of Schemers, a new film debuting at the Edinburgh International Film Festival. Set in late 70s Dundee, it follows a lad called Davie who dreams of working in music.

Them! is a new production from Stewart Laing and Pamela Carter for the National Theatre of Scotland. It takes place on the set of a chat show, and promises to be an eerie grand scale performance event, exploring identity in a changing world, and featuring a cameo from a colony of leafcutter ants.
