Michelle McManus talks to comic Ray Bradshaw about being raised by two deaf parents, while 60-year-old gran Val Dourley shares her story of becoming a record-breaking powerlifter.
Michelle McManus talks to Ray Bradshaw about how his childhood with 2 deaf parents ultimately shaped his comedy career and inspired him to take his comedy to deaf audiences all over the world. Michelle also hears from record breaking gran Val Dourley who after developing a passion for powerlifting in later life, can now deadlift a phenomenal 15 stone. Isobel Hogton also joins the programme to tell Michelle about her incredible ability to communicate with horses.
