Charlotte Smith visits English Farm in Oxfordshire which is opening its doors to the public as part of 'Open Farm Sunday'. The aim is to better educate the public about how farming works, and for farm owner Rob Laycock and farm manager Silas Hedley-Lawrence it's a chance to discuss what they see as the benefits of pasture-fed livestock and organic food systems for supplying beef from their 100-strong herd of Longhorn cattle.
