Linda spent the day with Community Advice in Fermanagh where she heard of a recent change in policy in Northern Ireland which has changed part of the Tribunal Appeals process. Instead of the appeals service getting the medical evidence from the GP before the hearing, applicants now have to chase it up themselves, pick out the important bits and bring it with them!
