Stephen Sackur speaks to former champion British swimmer Sharron Davies about changed-gender athletes competing in elite-level sport.

Stephen Sackur speaks to former champion British swimmer turned sports commentator Sharron Davies. Elite-level sport is ruthlessly competitive.
