As of this month you can appeal parking penalties on private land, we speak to Mark Crawford of the Consumer Council and Dave Smith of the British Parking Association and we'll hear from one motorist who's getting letters from a debt collection agency, in spite of paying. More than 5,000 people were the victim of holiday booking fraud last year. They lost more than Β£7m according to ABTA the Association of British Travel Agents. We ask Sean Tipton of ABTA why holiday fraud is a growing problem and how to spot a bogus website. And Jimmy Hughes is live in studio.
