Nairobi-born and Minneapolis-based artist J.S. Ondara plays live in session for Jo, including a cover of vintage gem from the vaults. J.S. moved to the USA at the age of 20, unable to even play guitar and choosing to live near Minneapolis because of Bob Dylan's connection to the state of Minnesota. Covers he uploaded online caught the attention of local radio and an industry buzz, leading to him writing and recording his debut album in Los Angeles. The result, the completely acoustic Tales of America was released earlier this month and Jo has been a big supporter of his song American Dream.
Plus there's Jo's eclectic mix of music and the Taxi Service.
