Mussels, chestnuts and getting the most out of soil

'Min til', or not ploughing, may not solve all soil problems, says new report. Plus an early chestnut harvest and the mussel farm that hopes to be the biggest outside China.

The Soil Association publishes new report which says "min til" or no til - that's not ploughing the fields - isn't "the silver bullet" that will solve all our problems.
