Michel Roux Jr, Tom Chaplin, Light Saber Confession
Michel Roux Jr joins Jo and Simon to talk about his new cookbook, plus Keane's Tom Chaplin discusses his upcoming appearance on a special Queen-themed Friday Night Is Music Night.
Michel Roux Jr joins Jo and Simon to talk about - and bring some of the tastes from - his new cookbook, plus Keane's Tom Chaplin discusses his upcoming appearance on a very special Queen-themed Friday Night Is Music Night.
In the new book Michel aims to show traditional French food can be quick and easy, whilst still tasting delicious. The book features a collection of French recipes for the modern home cook, including easy one-pot meals, feasts for the whole family and dishes that can be put together from cupboard ingredients for a fast and simple - yet delectable - mid-week dinner. These are not restaurant dishes, but rather the food that Michel cooks and eats with his family at home as he brings traditional French food into the modern day.
Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio 2’s Friday Night Is Music Night, the world's longest-running live orchestral radio programme, will celebrate the life and music of three of the most enduring artists of our time next month, with a string of special concerts at The London Palladium.

The concerts will be broadcast in January 2019.
