On the eve of the Budget, Carolyn Quinn is joined by the former Treasury minister, now chair of the Treasury select committee, Nicky Morgan; Labour chair of the Business committee, Rachel Reeves; the economist Ruth Lea; and the Sun's political editor Tom Newton Dunn. They discuss the choices facing the Chancellor on tax and spending, and the impact of Brexit on the economy. The programme also includes a report on the campaign for a change in the law, in order to extend civil partnerships to siblings who share a home.
