Lindisfarne's Rod Clements joins Ricky in conversation and we look to the second Manchester Folk Festival

Ricky Ross sits in for Mark Radcliffe and explores the wide range of traditional and contemporary folk and acoustic music from around the UK and the world.

This week, Lindisfarne's Rod Clements joins us in the Salford studio. Rod formed Lindisfarne with Alan Hull in 1970, and has also worked with Ralph McTell and Bert Jansch.

Lindisfarne are playing at this year's Manchester Folk Festival, now in its second year. The event runs in central Manchester from 18-21 October.
