Comedians Anuvab Pal and Andy Zaltzman explore the legacy of Empire in Kolkata - what and who is still remembered? From 2018.

Andy Zaltzman and Anuvab Pal continue tracing the rise and fall of the British Empire by looking at what's been left behind, in a combination of location recording and stand-up comedy.

In this concluding episode, the duo wander around Kolkata, from the colonial seat of power that is now a library, to the Army garrison that replaced the site of one of the most infamous events of the Raj.

What and who have we chosen to remember, and what have we decided to forget?

Andy and Anuvab offer up contrasting perspectives on the shared history between Britain and India.
