Nazareth co-founder and bassist Pete Agnew joins Johnnie to remember the 1970s.

Pete Agnew from 70s rock band Nazareth joins Johnnie to chat about the 70s. He'll also be talking about the band's new box-set and brand new studio album too.
Pete was born in Dunfermline in Scotland in 1946 and is the sole remaining original member of Nazareth.
Nazareth emerged onto the rock scene in 1970 but Pete actually started playing in 1961 when he formed the Shadettes. In 1968, Nazareth began to take shape and in 1970, the band moved to London. A year later, their eponymous debut album was released. They achieved huge success in the 1970s, following the release of their third album, 'Razamanaz', which was produced by Deep Purple's Roger Glover. There have been many line-up changes over the years, the most recent being original singer, Dan McCafferty, who retired in 2013. Pete's son, Lee Agnew is now the drummer for Nazareth since original drummer Darrell Sweet died in 1999.

Also on the show, Johnnie takes a look back at This Week In Music with clips from the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Archive and another listener will induct a track into Johnnie's Jukebox.
