Graham Fellows picks the Tracks of My Years

Graham Fellows, the comedy actor and musician best known for creating characters Jilted John and John Shuttleworth picks the Tracks of My Years.

Graham Fellows, the comedy actor and musician best known for creating characters Jilted John and John Shuttleworth picks the Tracks of My Years with songs from Chicory Tip and Colin Blunstone. Jilted John was created while Graham was still a drama student at Manchester Polytechnic. He wrote 'Jilted John' during a lunch break at college on a battered acoustic guitar lying around in the canteen. An early demo features him playing an unamplified electric guitar with friend Bernard tapping on a Monopoly box. A slightly better quality demo was played to local punk label Rabid Records who instantly loved it and signed up Graham to the label. Outside of Jilted John, Graham is best known for his comic creation, John Shuttleworth for which he was nominated for the coveted Perrier Award in 1992 and has toured extensively and created numerous TV and radio series including five series of Sony award winning The Shuttleworths as well as Radio Shuttleworth. As an actor Graham has appeared in Coronation Street, Coogan's Run and more recently he played the role of Eric Sykes in ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ drama 'Hattie' alongside Ruth Jones.
