Pierre-Laurent Aimard and Tamara Stefanovich, Maya Irgalina, Musicians from The Bhavan

Katie Derham presents, with live music from pianist Maya Irgalina and musicians from The Bhavan Centre. Plus Pierre-Laurent Aimard and Tamara Stefanovich join us from Edinburgh.

Katie Derham presents a lively mix of music, conversation and arts news. Her guests include a group of musicians from The Bhavan - a centre of learning for Indian Culture in London - who'll be performing in the National Theatre's community production of Shakespeare's Pericles this weekend. Pianist Maya Irgalina plays live in the studio for us before her recital at the Machynlleth Festival in Wales, plus two more pianists, Pierre-Laurent Aimard and Tamara Stefanovich, join us down the line from Edinburgh, where they are in recital at the Queen's Hall tomorrow morning.
