Lock In
A comedy short story about a father and son, separated by prison walls and wrestling with modern life, money, the law and each other while stuck behind different bars.
When Noel Lockhart is imprisoned for a white collar crime, his son Rory has to take over the running of The Ship, a rundown bar on a Derry/Londonderry council estate.
This pilot episode sees Rory reluctantly trying to run The Ship while Noel is doing time in prison. Noel pressurises Rory to smuggle something βspecialβ in for Lorenzo, the boss of the prison. Will Rory risk his own liberty for his Dadβs safety? As usual a deal with Noel isnβt what it seems. This is the story of a father and son, separated by prison walls, wrestling with modern life, love, money, the law and each other while stuck behind different bars.
