Composting, running advice and The Beano at 80

As the weekend approaches, Fiona Stalker offers activity inspiration and insight into what's happening across Scotland. Includes gardening and weather news.

Fiona chats to Islay Symonette and Stew Edge, who have just kite surfed their way around Britain. They tell her about the challenge and how similar Scotland is to the Bahamas!

It’s the Beano’s 80th birthday this year and Fiona went along to the Beano exhibition at the MacManus Gallery in Dundee, to find out a little bit more about this iconic comic.

Fiona takes a turn around the Muir of Dinnet Nature Reserve with reserve manager Catriona Reid, to learn more about the mystical Burn o Vat.

The Scottish International Airshow touches down in Prestwick this weekend and Doug Maclean from the show gives Fiona the lowdown.

Ultra-runner David Scott is in the studio chatting with Fiona about her first half marathon and his own recent challenge, plus answering all your running queries.

We catch up with inverness cyclist Jenny Graham as she continues her cycle around the world. This week she finishes up in New Zealand and reaches Canada.
