Gardening expert Nicola Singleton visits Cantraybridge College Market Garden just east of Inverness where she discovers that the garden really is at the heart of the college community.
For the students the garden isn't just about learning skills which will sustain them throughout their lives, it's also about growing their awareness of sustainability and environmental concerns when they're in the wider community.
Sharing tips and advice with the students and staff Nicola sees how they deal with carrot fly, discusses the issues of growing in Polytunnels and rounds off her day with a visit to the community cafΓ© for some homemade quiche.
