Following some of the UK's most promising young gymnasts. The Acro teams have a crucial competition and Amelie spends precious time with her family.
To pursue her dream of becoming a world-class gymnast Amelie and her family have had to make loads of sacrifices - the biggest being the decision for Amelie and her mum to live away from her twin brother and dad. But Amelie has a weekend off from training and can't wait to go home and spend quality time with her mum, dad, brother and dog! Meanwhile, the Acrobatic gymnasts have a very important competition - the British Championships, where both teams will be facing tough competition and a chance to win a place at the World Championships in Belgium.
