Join Roy for great music and conversation - plus a trip to the historic Nelson Garden in the heart of Monmouth, newly restored thanks to a grant from the National Lottery.

The Llandeilo Music Festival and a trip to the historic Nelson Garden in Monmouth are featured on Roy's show on Sunday . And as the station marks the 70th anniversary of the NHS, Roy 's weekly dip into the radio archives has found an interview with Margaret Lees , who began training as a nurse back in 1898 and recalls the hard work and long days on shift in the large hospital where she did her training. The former nurse was interviewed in Bangor in 1958 by the famous Welsh language writer , the Rev. Islwyn Fflowr Elis , for a series on Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio called Indian Summer .
