Calum Macdonald stands in. Parking on pavements, Ask the Vet and Anxious Children

Pavement parking and double parking could be banned under new legislation being introduced to the Scottish Parliament. The Scottish Conservatives say it's an anti-car agenda whilst Scottish Labour said the bill was "a huge missed opportunity".

Should parking on pavements be banned? If you could introduce one piece of legislation to the Transport bill what would it be?
