Kaye Adams gets to the heart of the stories making the news. How healthy are your children's school meals? Plus Tech Talk, music and dementia, and Britain's Got Talent.

Today sees the launch of a consultation by the Scottish Government on school food nutrition regulations. Following a review by health, nutrition and education experts, views are being sought on proposals to further reduce sugar and other measures to promote healthy choices and help tackle childhood obesity.

Lost Voice Guy has been crowned the winner of Britain's Got Talent 2018. The Newcastle comedian, whose cerebral palsy affects his ability to speak, uses a voice synthesizer for his act. Could this help change the way society sees people with disabilities?
