Janelle Monae, Grammy-nominated singer and songwriter picks the Tracks Of My Years with music from David Bowie and Lauryn Hill. Janelle is signed to her own independent label, Wondaland Arts Society, as well as Atlantic Records. In 2007, Janelle released her first album The ArchAndroid with her second album, The Electric Lady following in 2013. In April she released her third album Dirty Computer which included two singles with accompanying visuals, Make Me Feel and Django Jane. In 2016, Janelle began her acting career, where she had significant roles in Hidden Figures and the Academy Award-winning Moonlight.
