Β£10,000 payout for every 25 year old and litter on Welsh beaches
Should every 25 year old get a Β£10,000 payout to help them with education or housing?
And, how do we stop the louts leaving litter on our beaches?

The group 'Friends of Barry beaches' say the "only word to describe the behaviour of these inconsiderate visitors is DISGUSTING"
How do we stop the louts leaving litter on our beaches?
