A group of local listeners struggled to claim compensation for a delayed flight and received different answers from the airline even though they were on the same flight and holiday makers arrived at their destination to discover it was a building site. Also a recent rise in complaints about the hidden costs of car hire has opened a new legal door, The Competition and Markets Authority says if they are selling directly to UK customers on line, it will now take enforcement action if there are hidden charges and unexpected fees.
