Roy looks forward to Valentine's Day, playing great romantic songs and he finds out about the first records people bought and still hold dear to their hearts.
Roy finds out more about the community panto in Cardiff, raising thousands of pounds for Welsh cancer charity Tenovus. He chats to the panto's writer and director Anthea Parker and one of its stars - former Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Wales correspondent Gail Foley.
Gail is treading the boards for the first time and teaming up on stage with another former Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Wales news anchor Noreen Bray .
Plenty of great music too from the 1940s, 50s and beyond - plus a scattering of romantic duets, as Roy looks ahead to Valentine's Day later in the week.
