New research to mark Safer Internet Day has suggested that 40% of 8-17 year olds in Scotland have felt worried or anxious when they've been on the internet in the last week. TV presenter and former model Katie Price is giving evidence to Commons Petitions Committee today as she calls for a new 'Harvey's law' - she says there should be stronger measures to identify people setting up social media accounts so they can be traced if they are abusive.
