FebruDairy - Last month it was but this month we've hit a new trend - it's Februdairy! Farmers are fighting back with a month long campaign to promote milk but does the industry have any cause for concern?

Butter - we meet the family business in Mumbles meeting the ever changing needs of the dairy industry. Brother and sister Daniel and Sophie Carman sell their throughout the UK and globally.

Chapels - concerns in Carmarthenshire that the process of dispensing with redundant chapels is too slow.Β  We hear calls for local authorities to develop specific policies to deal with the increasing number of chapels that will be closing over the next few years.
