Reggae singer Susan Cadogan talks about the ups and downs of life in the music business and an update on the Women's March movement in 2018.
The Women's March movement ignited in January 2017 in the wake of the election of Donald Trump. A year later many demonstrations are expected to take place again. We speak to participants and to one of the organisers, Dr Shola Mos-Shogbamimu.
The 2018 Winter Olympics will be held next month in South Korea and Team GB is going for gold. Jane finds out how the female British Skeleton athletes are preparing and speaks to current Olympic champion Lizzy Yarnold and Laura Deas.
Natural Cycles is the world's first app to be certified as a contraceptive. Its inventor is Dr Elina Berglund, who previously worked as a physicist at CERN. Dr Berglund explains how the app works.
Reggae singer Susan Cadogan had a massive hit with Hurt So Good in the 1970s. Since then her music career has been unreliable and she has more than once returned to her old job as a librarian in Jamaica. But her love of singing continues as she explained to Siobhann Tighe.
Julia Buckley has written a book, Heal Me: In Search of A Cure, about what it's like to suffer from chronic pain. She talks to Jane about her experiences, how she felt conventional medicine failed her and how she set about finding a cure.
