In the early hours of June 14th 2017 the Grenfell Tower block in West London caught fire. It caused 71 deaths and made headlines across the world. Radio Wales News' Stephen Fairclough went to London to report on the story as it developed. In this special programme he reflects on his experience covering the story, the community response, and the Public Enquiry which will continue into next year.
